Ну что же это значит для нас? А это значит что вита поддерживает видео от PSP, но видео от псп достаточно паршивенького качества, но вита нам предоставляет возможность смотреть видео в высоком качестве (720p) как на программном уровне так и на механическом, ведь экран у PS VITA имеет расширение 960x544 против 480x272 у PSP т.е расширение экрана у ПСВ в 4 раза больше чем у ПСП, нет это не опечатка да именно в 4 раза, а не в 2 как некоторые могли бы подумать, скриншот снизу все объясняет почему.

В поисках ответа на 2-ой вопрос я перерыл пол интернета, но видео для новой приставки так мне найти и не удалось, вам с этим повезло немного больше чем мне :), после чего я начал искать конвертеры, перепробовал много всяких и остановился на наиболее простом и быстром XviD4PSP скачать его вы можете здесь.
Ну так давайте приступим к настройки XviD4PSP, я не буду описывать весь интерфейс программы, ведь наша цель не рассказать вам все плюшки данного конвертера, а перекодировать видео под приставку.
Запускаем только что скаченный конвертер и перед вами должно открыться вот такое окно

Теперь выбираем файл который хотите перекодировать и перетаскиваете его в нижнее окно где написано «Бросайте файлы сюда ...»

Далее нажмаем на прест в верхнем углу и выбираем там PSP ( у меня PS VITA т.к я делал инструкцию уже после того как я настроил её у себя), и рядом же выбираем формат файлу, как нам уже известно PSV поддерживает только mp4, то выбираем именно его, там же рядом уже после выбора преста нажимаем на 2 шестеренки и вам должно открыться вот такое окно


Натроики громкости я советую вам поставить на 120% т.к уровень громкости в консоли может кому то показаться не достаточно большим, а уменьшить уровень громкости легко на самой консоли.
Далее, заходим во вкладке «Разрешение видео для кодека» и у вас откроется примерно такое окно

тут нас интересует расширение нашего видео, тут ставить расширение 960x544, если вы хотите чтоб качество картинки было максимальным, я лично считаю что расширения 720x304 вполне достаточно для 5' экрана и картинка достаточно не плоха и размер файла меньше, вы конечно же в праве экспериментировать с этим параметром в поисках своей золотой середины, между весом и качеством картинки.
Сейчас заходим во вкладку «Расширенные опций» и убираем галочку с «Создавать превью картинку»

Теперь надо сохранить наш прест для дальнейшего использования и переименовываем его для удобства.Теперь покончив с настройками осталось только выбрать место хранения файла и начать кодирование
